Luminous apartment
near the Place Nation between Porte de Vincennes and Nation.
This 80M2 two-bedrooms apartment is located on the second French floor of a
walk-up building from 1970 facing southwest and having a security code
system and an interphone.
The apartment can accomodate 5 persons
The layout is as following : main entry hall leads to the living/dining room
to the right opened to a large US kitchen very well equipped with new and
modern appliances. The first bedroom is on the left of the living, is along
on left of the corridor. Back to the main entry-hall, on the left side is
the 2nd bedroom, a 2nd door leads to the bathroom to the right side.
The toilet is separate. There are a lot of cabinets to put clothes, luggages,
etc...
The kitchen has a stove (4 gaz burners), is microwave, a refrigerator/freezer,
a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric oven, a sink, a dishwasher, cabinets
and drawers containing the necessary kitchen utensils. There are separate
built in cabinets, a round dining table with 5 chairs. There is Unlimited Internet connection by Cable*.
The 35M2 living/dining room is furnished with two sofas (one small and one
large) where a child can sleep, two footstools, a rectangular glass coffee
table, an antique cabinet an antique table onwhich is set a TV.
There are
several decorative items throughout the living and entrance hall where are 2
antiques cabinets. The walls are cream color, parquet wooden floor and there
are the glass windows along the 3 rooms (bedroom, living and kitchen) opened
to a large balcony with 2 wooden tables and 6 chairs.
In every room, a few painted pictures are on the wall.
The 12M2 main bedroom has a twin electric beds, 2 small folding tables, two
lamps, 2 antique cabinets, a telephone, an armchair style Louis XV, a wall
to wall mirrored wardrobe. The 10M2 second bedroom has a double bed, a large
closet, a table on which is set the computer for the guest 'disposal, a desk
and chair.
The washer and dryer machines are in the bathroom where there is a bathtub
with manual showerhead, a shower, a sink on the wooden board, a mirror with
side shelves and a bottom cabinet, towel racks
The walls are off white, the floor has light tiles.
Mostly residentials, this area is very pleasant and at a short distance from
the Place Nation area with its cinema, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and
the trendy Bastille area.
The agreeable and large park "Bois de Vincennes",
ideal for a long relaxing walk is also not very far from the apartment, and
the Bercy area where many important sporting events and shows take place all
year long is nearby.
It has also recently become an entertainment area with
shops, cafes, and restaurants, nightclubs and a huge cinema. Centrally
located it is only 15 mn by metro to get to Bastille, Le Louvre museum,
Notre Dame Cathedral and the Champs Elysées.
