This part of the 16th
district called Auteuil is very chic and at only a few steps from the Seine
river.
The apartment is actually near the Maison de la Radio. Next to the apartment
you will find a few restaurants, cafes, bakeries, wineries, bookstores and
all necessary services. This comfortable 35m² one bedroom apartment is
located in a very selected and privileged area between Mozart and Théophine
Gautier avenues.
It is in a residential area, not far from the Eiffel Tower. The streets in
the vicinity abound of smart fashion shops, cafes, art galleries and markets.
This apartment is situated on the 2nd french floor with elevator of a 1900's
building. There is a security system, as well as a concierge. The building
has a very large courtyard and small courtyard. There are two smalls
balconies overlooking the quiet, small and zen courtyard. The walls are

courtyard. It is furnished with 2 single beds used as a double bed (160 wide),
a bedside table with lamp, a shelve above the bed, a large closet, a cabinet
and several decorated items and some paintings.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 2 electric burners, a fridge, a
coffee maker, a toaster as well as a washing machine and all necessary
utensils in the cupboards.
The nearest metro station is Jasmin (line 9) also bus lines (22, 52, 62 and
70).
