This small studio
with mezzanine on which is set a double mattress recently refurbished is
located on the ground floor of a late 19th century building with a security
system, an interphone. It has a small private courtyard with flowers.
Agreeable, clean and bright having white colored walls and a parket floor,
its furniture is modern, perfect for one or at most a couple.
Very simple, the kitchen corner is equipped with 2 burners, a microwave, a
little fridge, a work top with a sink. Basic utensils are at your disposal
stowed in the cupboards and shelves (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, all
electric items,etc.). Linen ad towels are provided.
Off white tiled and brand new the bathroom contains a tiled shower cabinet ,
mini trolley, and a washbasin, a toilet and a hair-dryer..
The entrance looks into a main room, a closet on your right, featured with
charming photos, blue sofa, a coffee table with a red lamp, a dining table
with 2 stools, a TV. There is Unlimited Internet connection by Cable*.
There is an electric heater.
A window door in close in the small courtyard with a cabin-storage where you
can put all luggage .
Mostly residential this street is part of a cosmopolitan area close to the
Metro Jules Joffrin or Porte de Clignancourt and its famous flea market,
known as Saint Ouen or Clignancourt, a labyrinth of antique furniture,
clothing, and many other items for sale, opens from Friday to Monday.
Diverse sorts of shops are present, a short walk from Montmartre.
The Metro station is Jules Joffrin (line 12).
