Located on the
ground floor of a prewar walk up building having a security system, this
26m2 studio is perfect for one person or, at most, a couple.
Very quiet, agreeable, and simple, it has white painted walls decorated with
charming paintings, and a parquet floor. Modern and standard furniture
composes the interior.
- In the living room there is a comfortable red convertible double couch, a
coffee table, a small round dining table with two chairs, a TV set down on
an antique sewing machine base, few paintings and lamp. The window screened
by net curtains and outside shutters open to the street.
- Across the living room, to the right side the white painted and off white
tiled separated kitchen is practical, equipped with 4 gas burners, an
electric oven, a microwave oven, a small fridge, a sink, some cupboards, a
trolley on casters (can be used as little table), and two chairs. Basic
utensils are available.
- Through the kitchen is the access to the light blue bathroom enclosing a
shower cabin with sliding doors, a washbasin, a washing machine, and toilet.
Situated in a small and calm street close to a large, busy avenue plenty of
shops, restaurants, and cafes. In a few metro stations away is the famous
Champs Elysees Avenue with, on one side, one of the most visited monuments
in Paris, the Arc de Triomphe, and on the other side the Place de la
Concorde with its historic obelisk. Opposite and not far the famous,
singular, and widest of Paris flea markets, known as Saint Ouen or
Clignancourt, a labyrinth of antique furniture, clothing, and many other
items for sale, opens from Saturday to Monday.
The nearest Metro station is Guy Moquet (line 13) and bus lines (31, 66,
81, 74). |
